My goal is to provide you with enriching therapeutic care that caters specifically to your unique needs. Please review the following policies prior to your first visit!

Practice Policies

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled session to fully enjoy your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give me at least 24 hours' notice.

  • If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session price will be charged unless due to illness, in which case half the session price will be charged.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and safety of all clients and staff.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and if you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be considered missed and charged in full. Rescheduling will be necessary.

  • Payments can be made online prior to the session or in-person after the service is completed. I accept cash, credit, debit, Venmo, Zelle, checks and HSA cards.

  • I currently do not accept insurance, but we can provide invoices for insurance claims. These will be sent via email by the end of the work week.

  • Share any medical conditions or allergies with us before your session. This ensures I can tailor your treatment for the best experience and safety.

  • Your privacy is my priority. All personal information and session details are kept strictly confidential.

  • I am dedicated to maintaining a respectful and professional atmosphere. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Professional draping is used during all sessions to ensure your comfort and privacy.

  • Either the practitioner or the client can end the massage at any time for any reason, including discomfort or inappropriate actions.
