Practice Policies

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled session to fully enjoy your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give me at least 24 hours' notice.

If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session price will be charged unless due to illness, in which case half the session price will be charged.

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and safety of all clients and staff.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and if you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be considered missed and charged in full. Rescheduling will be necessary.

Payments can be made online prior to the session or in-person after the service is completed. I accept cash, credit, debit, Venmo, Zelle, checks and HSA cards.

I currently do not accept insurance, but we can provide invoices for insurance claims. These will be sent via email by the end of the work week.

Share any medical conditions or allergies with us before your session. This ensures I can tailor your treatment for the best experience and safety.

Professional draping is used during all sessions to ensure your comfort and privacy.

Either the practitioner or the client can end the massage at any time for any reason, including discomfort or inappropriate actions.
