Clinically Focused Holistic Therapeutic Care

Our bodies & minds form a synergistic system that is intelligent, adaptable, and demanding of consistent support.

Benefits of My Approach:

  • Resilience is our body’s capacity to adapt and recover from physical and mental stressors by returning to a previous or new stable equilibrium.

Massage therapy can intercept and enhance your body’s ability to return to a neutral state allowing for growth or sustained physical, mental, or energetic capacity.

  • Awareness alone can change how we experience our bodies, perceive our ability to heal, and initiate intelligent processes we otherwise couldn’t grasp.

As a somatic educator, I provide my clients with appropriate and scalable resources based on their interests and needs to support mindful, movement-driven, and expressive living outside our sessions.

  • I collaborate with multiple trusted and diverse healthcare partners in the DMV area to ensure clients have access to the care they need.

This includes a team of PT’s, massage therapists, personal trainers, life-coaches, estheticians, dance instructors, mental health counselors, and more.

  • Nobody enjoys being stuck, feeling held back, or residing in no man’s land. Major life stressors, changes, and the unknown easily can impede on our growth.

It is my goal to present treatment, resources, access, and options to give you an opportunity to move forward in your health, recovery, and mentality.

I understand what it is like to be stuck and can attest much of my growth to trusted colleagues, PT’s, massage therapists, educators, and time itself to help me move forward.

  • "I have been searching for a massage therapist for a while and am so thankful to have found Courtney. She has become an integral part of my health journey. I trust her, feel comfortable in her space, and appreciate her sincerity and professionalism. She consistently checks in with how I'm doing during the session and also follows up afterwards. I highly recommend her as a massage therapist."

    - Marty R.

  • "Courtney is an above excellent massage therapist! I recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality massage experience. She is someone that takes her time to listen to your needs but then takes her time to listen to what your body is saying it needs. This ain't no cookie cutter massage."

    - Rachel M.

  • "My massage and body work experience with Courtney was the best! She really takes the time to get to know you, understand areas of concern and what you'd like to get out of massage. As a massage therapist, she checks in to make sure you are comfortable, makes adjustments to her pressure as well. The whole experience was so relaxing! Highly recommend her as the best massage therapist in Falls Church!"

    - Heather P.

  • “Courtney is excellent. She is intuitive, kind, compassionate, extremely talented and knowledgable. Her massages have deeply impacted me.”

    Hannah S.

  • "Courtney is an excellent massage therapist, and every appointment I've had with her has left me feeling great. She takes time to talk with you about your goals and motivation for wanting massage, analyses posture and gait, takes into account injuries and special needs, and then gets to work. Her prices are extremely reasonable for the service offered."

    - James T.

  • "She has been working on my QL and glutes. They are definitely feeling a lot better and I am able to sleep well."

    - Chris H.

  • "I loved working with Courtney and highly recommend her, particularly to other dancers looking to increase their performance and sense of wellbeing! Courtney was recommended to my husband and I by our physical therapist. We are professional ballroom dancers and came in for bodywork with a lot of imbalances, tightness, and (in my case) lingering injuries. Courtney listened carefully to our goals, medical history, and description of our current physical states. She was able to increase our mobility and fluidity of movement very quickly, adapting her focus to how the body responded in each session. We found her approach to be perfectly tailored to what we needed, rather than a "one size fits all" approach. She is also happy to explain the mechanics and theory behind her techniques, along with suggesting ways to encourage the body to retain the work after each session. "
